How do I exchange an item I purchased?
Happy Goods policy is no returns or exchanges due to the handmade, custom nature of our store.
All our items are handmade to order so we do not accept returns.
We do want you to be happy with your order (it's kind of our thing) so we accept exchanges on a case by case basis when possible.
If your order was approved for an exchange, please send your unworn/unwashed items to us within 14 days of receipt of your order to the p.o. box mailing address below:

Include a note with the following information:
The order number
The name and email address of the purchaser
The item(s) and size(s) approved for your exchange
The mailing address for your exchange items
- Customer pays return shipping on exchanges. We recommend using USPS but you can ship via any major carrier.
- We charge a nominal restocking fee.
