• Happy Goods is a small handmade accessories shop with an online store and in person operations at local markets and venues around Los Angeles County, Orange County, San Diego County, and the San Francisco Bay area.

• We are hiring additional sales team members for our in person shopping events as well as team members for our online operations.

• We currently have a very small team that makes this brand's day to day operations possible.

• We're excited to work with fun loving, optimistic, kind hearted individuals who enjoy engaging with other people, have an eye to detail, love finishing their to do lists, and are eager to work in team environments towards big goals.

All positions require excellent communication skills, accuracy, timeliness, and the desire to have fun while working. Greet customers. Engage in an authentic, friendly manner with shoppers. Help customers find gifts and products they wish to purchase. Provide customer service assistance and close high volume of sales. Restock sold products. Complete simple tasks in between sales. Help set up and tear down booth display. Communicate product knowledge to customers. Treat everyone entering our space with respect and kindness. Thrives working in a team environment. Can work locally or open to traveling within California. Positions available for Los Angeles County, Orange County, San Diego County, and the San Francisco Bay area. Los Angeles County is highly desired.

 

Pay per hour:

Based on qualifications

We maintain an introductory pay range with a pay increase after 90 days. Starts at $16 - $18 depending on skills and training. Automatic pay increase to $20 after three months.

Monitors and maintains current inventory levels. Reconcile actual stock count to computer-generated reports. Keep inventory book and month to month inventory snapshots up to date. Attention to detail and a love of numbers is necessary. Loves working independently. Must be local to Los Angeles. Position located in Culver City.

 

Pay per hour: $16.

Handling inventory with care and attention to detail. Assemble ready to sell products from individual raw materials. Must be able to follow directions. Loves working in a small team environment. An appreciation of crafting, attention to detail, and excellent communication. Must be local to Los Angeles. Position located in Culver City.

 

Pay per hour: $18 - $20 based on skill sets and prior experience.

Package and label products for sale at show venues and markets. Ensure products are correctly stocked in bins. Comfortable working in a small team environment. Attention to detail, and excellent communication. Must be local to Los Angeles. Position located in Culver City.

Create talking head, explanatory, and product promotional videos and photographs on a camera Phone. Attention to detail and task focused. Comfortable being filmed and talking in front of the camera. Loves working independently or in a two member team. Remote position available if filming themselves, or if access to equipment is needed must be local to Culver City.
