We offer repair, maintenance, and polishing on all of our jewelry (necklaces, bracelets, anklets, rings, and earrings). Please contact us hello@happygoodsunlimited.com before placing a maintenance order, or mailing your piece.

We do our best to help you maintain your pieces and reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs when mailing your item(s) in for maintenance.
We are not responsible for any lost packages during transit so please make sure you ship Priority mail through USPS as it generally comes with $50 insurance.
My alien earrings (which I love) were repaired quickly. The repaired area looks like it is even more sturdy than it was originally. I was also sent an optional hoop size! Which is a really nice thing to send along!!! I love Happy Goods Unlimited!
