I had purchased a white druzy ring in person from this shop months ago and somehow the crystal came out of the ring while I was at a concert. However, I let Zoe know what happened and she was happy to send me a new one. She was so helpful and understanding and I absolutely love the replacement. I always love shopping Happy Goods Unlimited :)
